Alan is hiring for a Platform/Infra Engineer to join the Infra Crew within Tech Foundations. You’ll help build multi‑cloud foundations, data platforms, and reliable infrastructure used by millions of members and health professionals.

You’ll work in Python/Typescript, deploy Terraform/Terramate, and contribute to a high‑ownership culture focused on rapid, safe delivery. Remote work flexibility is offered with in‑person collaboration in France.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Platform engineering or DevOps or SRE or equivalent roles.
• You have strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• You are comfortable coding for automation and tooling and may use Python/TypeScript.
• You know observability, monitoring, and incident management practices.
• You design reliable infrastructure with cost awareness.

Responsabilités

• Own cloud foundations and multi‑cloud architecture for international expansion.
• Operate data and application platforms (PostgreSQL/Aurora, events pipeline, async workloads).
• Own uptime and latency SLOs end‑to‑end; evolve observability and incident practices.
• Lead governance, compliance enablement, and FinOps with automation.
• Advance AI‑augmented infra ops to reduce toil and accelerate delivery.
