Alan is building a Data Foundations team to power decisions across the company. You will join a core engineering function responsible for data platform reliability, security, and governance while enabling product squads with scalable data access.

We value strong Python/SQL skills, experience with Airflow and cloud warehouses, and a passion for AI-enabled data work. The role supports global growth and diverse data challenges within a fast‑growing health tech company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data roles with measurable impact.
• Experience building and operating production data infrastructure: orchestration, cloud warehouse, IaC.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with strong data skills.

• Build, maintain, and improve Alan's data platform used by all teams.
• Enable data-driven decision making and empower colleagues with trusted data.
• Collaborate with across Alan to deliver secure, scalable data solutions.
