Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data engineering
• Hands-on production experience with Google BigQuery, Databricks and/or Azure data services
• Experience with data infrastructure build or re-platforming
• Familiarity with healthcare data (EHR, claims, clinical datasets) and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR)

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the design and build of a modern, scalable data platform from greenfield
• Apply and refine data modeling standards, pipeline patterns, ingestion frameworks, and governance practices
• Help ensure HIPAA and GDPR compliance requirements are incorporated into work
• Support full project lifecycle for platform initiatives, define scope, track timelines, manage dependencies
• Proactively identify gaps and risks in the data landscape with proposed solutions
• Drive end-to-end tasks, take ownership, and follow through
• Collaborate with the broader data engineering function and contribute as a technical voice on platform direction
• Translate business and clinical data needs into technical implementation
