Alan is recruiting for a Platform Engineer to help scale our product platform used by product teams across multiple countries. You will design and maintain internal services, APIs, and SDKs, working closely with Architecture Group to ensure reliability and speed.

You will own features end-to-end, mentor peers, and help embed platform thinking into our engineering culture. This role embraces a hybrid setup with flexibility for in-person collaboration across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in backend, platform, or infrastructure-oriented engineering roles.
• Experience designing and maintaining internal services, APIs, or SDKs.
• Love turning complex problems into elegant solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain reusable internal services, APIs, or SDKs.
• Collaborate with product crews and Architecture Group to scale Alan's platform.
• Own features from concept through delivery with long-term ownership.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to cross-country deployment.
