BACHMANN Group in the Paris area seeks a Specialist Data Center Solutions Inside Sales to translate customer requirements into compelling solutions from our Data Center Solutions portfolio. You listen, ask the right questions and guide projects from first conversation to quotation.

You will work in a hybrid setup three days in the office, collaborate with Product, Supply Chain and Field Sales, and deliver clear, customer-focused proposals in French and English.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in data center environment or similar
• Experience in project-based or solution-oriented sales of technical products or systems
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and related technical systems
• Ability to think in customer applications and deliver complete solutions
• Commercial or technical vocational qualification or equivalent experience
• Confident, customer-focused communication and good negotiation skills
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

Responsabilités

• Advise existing and new customers, helping them define requirements and identify the right solution from the BACHMANN Data Center Solutions portfolio.
• Present products and their benefits in a clear, customer-focused way.
• Translate technical and commercial requirements into convincing proposals and quotation documents.
• Structure, document and manage customer projects in our CRM and ERP systems.
• Follow up on quotations and projects to maintain momentum from enquiry to decision.
• Respond professionally to technical and commercial questions about our portfolio.
• Support Inside Sales with bills of quantities, solution research, item creation and pricing.
• Coordinate quotation strategy, pricing and project follow-up with our field sales team.
• Work closely with Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing and other teams at HQ in Stuttgart/Germany as needed.
• Bring customer insights and market feedback back into the organization to strengthen solutions and processes.
