Data4 in Île-de-France is seeking a Sales Engineer to translate customer requirements into robust, deliverable data center solutions and to support the sales team through the full lifecycle of opportunities, including AI workloads.

You will collaborate with the Design team and stakeholders to validate feasibility, develop cost models, and craft clear technical proposals for hyperscale and enterprise customers. Strong communication in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution design in data center environments.

Responsabilités

• Capture customer requirements and translate into deliverable data center solutions.
• Validate feasibility across power, cooling, space, and operational constraints.
• Develop Capex cost models and collaborate on design validation and alternatives.
• Build technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and structure customer-facing proposals.
• Lead presales, site tours, and technical evaluations with customers.
