BACHMANN is seeking an Specialist Data Center Solutions Inside Sales in the Paris area. You will guide customer conversations, translate requirements into compelling quotations and coordinate with field sales to close deals.

You will work in a hybrid setup, three days in the office, collaborating with Product Management, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver value-driven data center solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in the data center environment.
• Experience in project-based or solution-oriented sales of technical products.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and electrical systems.
• Think in customer applications and complete solutions.
• Commercial or technical vocational qualification or equivalent experience.
• Confident, customer-focused communication and negotiation skills.
• Empathy, teamwork and stakeholder trust-building.
• A structured, independent and responsible working style.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Based in Paris area with hybrid work (3 days/week in office).

Responsabilités

• Advise existing and new customers and identify the right solution.
• Present products and their benefits clearly to customers.
• Translate technical/commercial requirements into proposals and quotations.
• Structure and document projects in CRM and ERP systems.
• Follow up on quotations and projects to maintain momentum.
• Respond professionally to technical and commercial questions.
• Support inside sales with pricing and solution research.
• Coordinate quotation strategy with field sales.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Supply Chain.
• Engage with internal teams at headquarters in Stuttgart/Germany when needed.
