Algolia is seeking a Partner Manager for DACH focused on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will drive the partner strategy with consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners, embedding Algolia into multi-technology solutions while building a scalable partner-led growth program.

You will work closely with the Head of Global Partnerships and DACH General Manager to align regional partner plans with revenue goals and to enable partners across architecture and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

7-10+ years in senior Alliance/Channel/Partner role in tech/cloud/SaaS.
Strong technical fluency discussing APIs, search/AI architecture, cloud infra.
Familiarity with agentic AI and partner programs.
Experience with cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and SI partners in German market.
Business understanding of SaaS, search/AI, headless commerce, API-first architectures.
Fluent in German and English at work.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute the regional partner strategy for DACH, with Germany as primary focus.
Build and manage portfolio of consulting partners, SI, technology and cloud partners across the region.
Recruit and onboard new partners into Algolia Partner Program, focusing on agentic/AI-driven solutions.
Shape and champion agentic solutions that combine Algolia with partners.
Guide partners on how Algolia fits in architectures without owning implementation.
Enable partners on product/technical capabilities for positioning, selling and delivery.
Own pipeline creation and data accuracy for the DACH partner portfolio; coordinate GTM with partners.
