Stoïk is looking for an Account Executive DACH to drive sales of our cybersecurity solutions to German and Austrian companies already insured with Stoïk. You will own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation to closing—while collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

Based in our Paris HQ with a hybrid work model, you will join a fast-growing team of AEs and interact with CSM, brokers, CERT engineers, and risk consultants to maximize outcomes and consistently exceed monthly

Qualifications

• German as your first language and able to sell to German-speaking clients, plus fluent in English.
• Previous successful sales experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment is required.
• Strong persuasion, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Growth mindset and drive for personal and collective success.
• Experience in Insurtech or Cybersecurity is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Generate your own pipeline through direct outreach to policy holders and internal stakeholders.
• Handle the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Manage deals to consistently reach or exceed monthly quota.
• Collaborate with the insurance distribution team to align cyber insurance with cybersecurity offers.
