Salomon seeks a D2C Operations Manager to keep the e-commerce and retail flow across the EMEA region running smoothly. The role bridges Brand teams with IT, Supply Chain, transport and finance to resolve issues and build reliable guidelines.

You will identify blockers, coordinate with departments, and implement process improvements while delivering Training and clear action points to partners. A strong customer focus and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service or e-commerce back-office management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working with back-office tools.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and evaluate D2C business operations across e-commerce and retail for the EMEA perimeter.
• Analyze operational issues as they arise, trigger corrective actions and follow up with the relevant departments until resolution.
• Anticipate potential blockers and communicate proactively to prevent disruption.
• Build and develop communication and working relationships with external customer operations specialists (level 2).
• Deliver training on systems and processes to external partners.
• Create and provide clear guidelines and action points, and take ownership of this relationship.
• Track and analyze departmental indicators and operational activity.
• Collect and analyze data to feed your own key performance indicators.
• Interact regularly with customer service, payment providers, transporters, digital platforms, IT and distribution centers to keep information flowing.
• Contribute to projects and change requests affecting operations, including running tests to validate new processes or systems.
