We are looking for anEMEA Trade Terms Specialistto play a key role in the implementation and governance of Trade Terms across the EMEA region.
As the central link between Trade Terms strategy and commercial teams, you will ensure the effective deployment of commercial frameworks across countries and channels, with a direct impact on operational excellence, SOX compliance, margin protection, and the successful delivery of seasonal sell-in tools.
In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, Merchandising and Customer Service teams to translate strategic guidelines into actionable processes and drive consistent execution across the region.
YourMainMissions:
Implementationoftradetermsin all EMEA countries and channelseveryseason
Under supervision from her/his manager, together with country and channel leaders, translate trade term guidelines into localized rules: convert all trade terms building block in country relevant discounts, implement seasonal keyinitiativesandcalculate key customer budgets for each salesperson.
With the support of his/her manager, ensure the implementation of Trade Terms framework for all international and national strategic accounts.
Support his/her manager in all trade terms governance process.
Translate MOV guidelines into applicable MOV for each product category, customertypeand country.
Collect specific terms or packages requests frommerchandisingorsalespersons, verify compliance withguidelinesandorganize approval by sales management.
Proactively inform and alert EMEA Management on major risks,deviationsand/or wrong interpretation of guidelines.
Document seasonal trade term rules for each product category, country,channeland customer.
Produce training materials to secure understanding and correct use of trade terms and MOV.
