Ecotone is seeking a Global D-Commerce Performance & Analytics Manager to lead the global reporting backbone for online sales, dashboards and digital shelf tracking across European markets. You will harmonise KPIs, integrate external market data and help shape Retail Media measurement.

You will work with local D-Commerce teams across Europe, gaining global exposure and opportunities to grow within a data-driven, impact-focused organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in eCommerce analytics or digital performance.
• Experience building dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Ability to translate numbers into clear recommendations.
• Background in Retail Media or FMCG is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own our performance reporting and dashboards across markets.
• Track the digital shelf across priority retailers and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Integrate external market data (Nielsen, Circana or equivalent) to track trends and pricing benchmarks.
• Support Retail Media intelligence by measuring ROAS, TACoS and incrementality across markets.
