Job summary

Riot Security Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business in Paris.

You will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, generating high-quality leads for Account Executives in a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS startup. You will work on outbound prospecting, researching target industries, and collaborating with Sales & Marketing to optimize lead conversion, while maintaining CRM records in Hubspot.

Qualifications

• Strong outbound mindset with high-volume outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Persistent and results-driven.
• Structured and organized with the ability to manage multiple leads.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Navigator).
• B2B SaaS sales internship or apprenticeship experience.
• Fluent English and native French.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & engage potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and needs.
• Schedule meetings for Account Executives to advance the sales cycle.
• Research target industries, accounts, and contacts to tailor outreach.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align strategies and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline status in Hubspot CRM.
