LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Paris is seeking an Account Specialist to support onboarding, implementation, renewals, and account administration for Bankers Almanac customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will work across financial institutions, fintechs, and payment providers, building strong relationships and driving customer success in a hybrid Paris/London setup with regular collaboration across

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account support, sales support, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management including onboarding and renewals.
• Fluent in English with a second European language highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Act as a primary contact for administrative and operational support across Bankers Almanac customers.
• Support onboarding and implementation activities ensuring successful adoption.
• Coordinate requests related to product access, data delivery, and billing.
• Assist renewals, upsell opportunities, and retention initiatives with Sales and Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with customer reporting.
