Job summary

国桥远航国际货运（上海）有限公司宁波分公司 seeks a customer service professional to manage daily customer files and respond to information requests, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

You will provide commercial support by preparing transport offers, following up with prospects, and assisting sales colleagues. You will coordinate with operations to implement files across import/export and customs processes.

Qualifications

• First successful experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of incoterms and international transport.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Organized, rigorous and able to manage priorities.
• Proficient with Office tools (Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Customer relationship: monitor daily files, respond to information requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Commercial support: prepare/send transport, import/export, air/maritime offers, follow up with prospects, and assist salespeople.
