Socomec Sas is seeking a temporary Sales Administration professional to join our department that links customers, sales teams, credit and factories. You will enter and manage customer orders, maintain up-to-date information, and support the order cycle from order entry to invoicing.

Reporting to the Customer Order Manager, you will handle inquiries by phone and email, resolve invoice discrepancies, create ERP customer accounts, and coordinate with sales, credit, factories and carriers to ensure

Qualifications

• Two- to three-year higher education qualification in administrative management, sales administration or sales.
• About two years of successful experience in a B2B environment, ideally in order management or in a role involving business customers.
• Proficiency in order entry, invoice tracking and customer dispute resolution.
• Proficiency with office software and an ERP or CRM system.
• Intermediate English (B1 minimum) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage customer relationships by telephone and email, responding to enquiries about order status.
• Monitor order invoicing and address discrepancies or issues identified.
• Handle administrative and logistics disputes, including order errors, transport issues and credit notes.
• Create customer accounts in the ERP system for initial orders.
