Tesa SE in France is seeking a Customer Support Representative who thrives in a customer-facing role, solving problems, and keeping order-to-invoice processes running smoothly. You will handle inquiries, manage orders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to customer excellence.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in business/SCM, 2+ years in an international setting, fluent English and Dutch (B2+), and practical SAP SD and MS Dynamics CRM experience.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent knowledge in Business Administration or SCM.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in an international, matrix-organized company.
• Strong English and Dutch skills (B2 level or higher), plus local language as required.
• Experience in Customer Service and direct customer facing roles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform order fulfilment activities in compliance with service levels for assigned customers.
• Handle daily order-to-invoice cycle activities and communication, including inquiries and claims.
• Monitor SAP order to fulfillment pipeline and manage backorders.
• Process customer inquiries by phone and email regarding products, prices and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, finance) to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead internal optimization activities to improve customer scorecards and processes, including AI-driven improvements.
