Hager Group is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for Project Business based in Paris, Obernai, Frankfurt, or Blieskastel. This permanent role shapes the marketing agenda, translating business priorities into a data-driven strategy and execution across global markets.

The candidate will own end-to-end customer journeys, collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, and drive measurable demand, pipeline impact, and revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns.

• Proven experience in growth marketing for B2B projects.
• Strong ability to drive demand and pipeline through data.
• Experience with end-to-end marketing across channels.

Responsabilités

• Own growth marketing strategy for Project Business with full customer journey ownership.
• Translate ambitions into a multi-year marketing roadmap per vertical and target group.
• Drive scalable, data-driven marketing across channels with measurement of funnel performance.
• Architect globally aligned activation and campaign plans for multi-market execution.
• Link product launches with tailored value propositions for key audiences across markets.
• Set priorities and briefs for Content Marketing and Digital teams for cohesive programs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align go-to-market priorities.
• Own campaign budgets and measure impact on pipeline and revenue.
