SSAB is seeking a Customer Care professional in Paris for our Special Steels Sales team. You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and customers in France, handling orders, bookings, offers, follow-ups, and providing sales support while the RSMs travel.

This is an office-based role where you are the customers’ first contact and you will coordinate with departments and logistics to deliver accurate information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales or international sales.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Motivated, opportunities oriented, service minded and communicative.
• Fluent in English and French, team player.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle purchase orders of stock plates.
• Marketing support.
• Open new accounts.
• Register claims into system and request credit/debit notes.
• Coordinate with departments and logistics to give accurate information to customers.
• Give back up and support to sales team.
