RX France is seeking a Sales Support Analyst in our Puteaux office near Paris. You will handle essential administrative tasks for the International Sales Group, process quotations and invoices, and maintain accurate client records to support global sales efforts.

Responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, assisting with lead generation, and ensuring timely follow-up. Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems is valuable, with Salesforce as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Process quotations, contracts, and invoices under the sales team direction.
• Provide timely follow-up on inbound inquiries via phone and web forms.
• Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy and traceability in the CRM/GBS systems.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement through prepared materials and timely responses.
• Coordinate with the RX ISG team to ensure smooth order processing and documentation.
