Concentrix Bulgaria is hiring a Customer Advisor to relocate to Sofia and work in a hybrid role with Dutch language requirements. You will handle customer inquiries, manage balances and direct debits, and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good English (B1) as well as strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential. The position offers a competitive gross salary and a comprehensive relocation package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
