Job summary

Ledger is looking for a data analytics professional to own analytics across the full consumer sales scope: Ledger.com, Amazon marketplaces, wholesale and distributors. You will develop data models (dbt/Snowflake), build Tableau dashboards for stakeholders, and measure marketing channels with GA4 and ads, applying causal inference to guide budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and dbt skills with Snowflake as data source.
• Python for analysis; knowledge of causal inference is a plus.
• Strong Tableau skills for executive-ready dashboards.
• Familiarity with GA4 and advertising platforms (Google/Amazon).
• 3-4 years of data analytics/analytics engineering experience.
• Data-driven, business-focused; able to challenge stakeholder methods.
• Excellent organizational skills and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across the full consumer sales scope: Ledger.com, Amazon, wholesale and distributors.
• Develop and improve data models (dbt/Snowflake) across varied data sources.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Measure performance marketing channels, spend, attribution and ROAS.
• Apply causal inference to pricing and campaigns and advise budget allocations.
• Model customer value (LTV, repurchase) for marketing ROI decisions.
• Contribute to cross-functional data projects and AI tooling to scale delivery.
• Present analyses and recommendations up to ExCom level.
