Growe Talents is seeking an experienced Email/SMS Marketing Manager to own CRM communications across multiple channels for a major online gaming client. You will manage campaigns from setup to optimization, ensuring deliverability and effective journeys for high-volume messaging.

The role requires hands-on experience with ESPs (Brevo, SendGrid, Twilio, Infobip), HTML/CSS templates, and strong data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with Product and IT on infrastructure and testing.

Qualifications

2+ years as Email/SMS Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, or Product Manager with similar scope.
Experience with high-volume sending and deliverability.
Hands-on with ESPs and SMS platforms; fluency with API documentation.

Responsabilités

Own CRM communications across Email, SMS, and channels from setup to optimisation.
Set up sending domains, ensure deliverability, and define DKIM/SPF/DMARC requirements.
Connect providers via API/webhooks and explore new channels like WhatsApp or Telegram.
Build email templates in HTML/CSS and test across clients.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve targeting and timing.
Collaborate with Product and IT on configuration and suppression logic.
Develop segments and journeys in the CRM platform and run A/B tests.
Leverage AI for copy variants, localisation, analysis, and automation.
