Growe Partners is seeking a QA/Operations specialist to monitor the quality of affiliate and sales managers' communication with partners across channels (Telegram, Skype, email).

You will review partner conversations against defined criteria, track response times, identify risks, escalate issues, and provide structured feedback to managers. You’ll help develop communication guidelines and maintain recurring issue records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role related to communication quality, QA, Support QA, Sales QA, or Operations.
• Ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Fast learner, ready to dive into affiliate and iGaming domains.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the quality of affiliate and sales managers' communication with partners across channels (Telegram, Skype, email).
• Review partner conversations based on defined criteria: tone, wording, compliance with internal rules and iGaming specifics.
• Track response times and ensure communication SLAs are met.
