Job summary

CHANEL is offering a six-month internship in Paris within the Customer Engagement Ops team, focused on CRM campaign production across Europe for multiple divisions. You will report to the CRM Management Campaign Director and collaborate daily with CRM Marketing teams, Activation Consultants and production partners.

The start date is January 2027. This role provides hands-on exposure to the full CRM campaign lifecycle, from briefing to deployment, and a chance to contribute to process

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Initial knowledge in digital marketing and CRM fundamentals.
• Rigour and an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full production cycle from briefing to launch to ensure CRM campaigns are delivered on time.
• Drive QA and validation phases across divisions to strengthen deliverable quality.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between CRM Marketing, Activation Consultants and Production partners through rigorous production tracking.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign execution processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide accurate campaign tracking and performance monitoring to support decision-making.
