CHANEL in Paris is offering a six-month internship within the Customer Engagement Ops team, focusing on CRM campaign production across Europe for multiple divisions. You will report to the CRM Management Campaign Director and work daily with CRM Marketing teams, Activation Consultants and Production partners.

The role starts in January 2027 and aims to develop hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign deployment.

Qualifications

Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Initial knowledge in digital marketing and CRM fundamentals.
Rigour and an analytical mindset, with keen attention to detail and a quality-first approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools.
Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

Ensure CRM campaigns are delivered on time by coordinating the full production cycle from briefing to launch.
Strengthen deliverable quality by driving QA and validation phases across all divisions.
Facilitate seamless collaboration between CRM Marketing teams, Activation Consultants and Production partners through rigorous production tracking.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign execution processes and overall operational efficiency.
Provide accurate campaign tracking and performance monitoring to support team decision-making.
