Quay Group seeks a skilled Crew Chef for a 45m yacht. Winter in Toulon/Barcelona, start 5th October – April 2027, with 38 days pro rata leave. You will cook for nine crew and deliver health-focused meals, while keeping the galley organized and clean. A driver’s licence is essential for provisioning and port calls.

Join a health-oriented, active crew with a strong teamwork ethos. Winter relocation between Toulon and Barcelona is anticipated.

• Experience as a yacht crew chef or similar role.
• Ability to prepare health-conscious meals for nine crew.
• Organised, clean and efficient galley mindset.

Yacht & Crew Profile

• Opportunity to join a 45m M/Y over the winter
• Winter plan is to be in Toulon and Barcelona
• Crew are healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Often have some downtime to go running and do crew evenings together
• Good food budget available
• Car available for the crew to use over winter
• Open to someone transitioning from a land-based background
• Weekends off!

Role Requirements

• A motivated and hardworking chef who’s engaging with a can-do attitude
• Cooking for 9 crew and providing health-conscious meals with occasional "cheat days".
• You will need to be organised, clean and efficient in the galley
• Work well as part of a team and remain calm during busy services
• Having good provisioning and stock management skills will enhance your application
• A driver's licence is essential
