Quay Group is seeking a Temporary Lead Service Stew to join a private estate in St Barth’s, acting as a bridge between guest service and on-site management. The role focuses on overseeing a crew of service stews, coordinating with the yacht for guest movements, and delivering seamless beach setups for lunches and events.

The position offers a flexible start date between October and February, accommodation and flights, plus a small daily bonus on contract completion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service team on private or luxury yachts.
• Proven ability to oversee guest services and set up beach areas.

• Manage a team of about 10 Service Stews.
• Coordinate with the yacht for guest movements and schedule the crew accordingly.

Temporary Lead Service Stew

Role Overview

Yacht Size: NA – Located at a private estate in St Barth’s, Caribbean
Start Date: Flexible – October through to Feb
Contract: Temporary – flexible contracts to suit candidate availability
Compensation: €210 a day
Qualifications: STCW & ENG1 in date – you may be required to work on board
Visa Requirements: NA

Yacht & Crew Profile

• Looking for a Lead Service Stew to join this private estate from October. The villa is used as an extension of the fleet of yachts, to host additional guests etc
• You will predominantly be based at the estate, overseeing guest service, preparing beach set ups for lunch etc
• This is a very well set up program, with a good handover / preference notes etc where available
• There will be a small daily bonus for all contracts completed
• Accommodation provided & flights to and from St Barth’s

The Role

• Managing a team of around 10 Service Stews
• Liaising with the yacht on guest movements and organising the team accordingly
• Beach set ups are a must so experience with this would be hugely beneficial

Role Requirements

• Experienced in a variety of services & happy leading a team
• Would prefer candidates that can commit in month long stints, ie. 1 month, 2 months, 3 months etc
