Sunweb Group in the French Alps is hiring a Cook (M/F) to craft lunch and dinner, ensuring quality, consistency and appealing presentation in a fast-paced alpine kitchen. You will manage stock, follow HACCP, and collaborate with a regional team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

This full-time 39-hour week includes accommodation and meals at the workplace, health insurance, and winter perks like a ski pass or activity voucher.

Qualifications

• Hold a cooking certificate or have proven kitchen experience.
• Be organized and efficient in mise en place and service.
• Thrive in fast-paced service, especially during peak hours.
• Speak French and/or English; Dutch is a plus.
• Open to working in an international, multicultural setting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook tasty and well-presented meals for lunch and dinner.
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and visual appeal of every dish.
• Follow HACCP and all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage kitchen stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and keep to the allocated food budget.
• Keep the kitchen spotless and well-maintained, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver smooth service and a positive kitchen atmosphere.
