Bluewater Yachting is seeking an experienced Deckhand/Carpenter to join a 74m charter motor yacht. The role will involve deck maintenance and carpentry while delivering high standards on private and charter operations.

Start date: 22nd September onwards, with winter yard work in the South of France, followed by a busy Mediterranean charter/private season in 2027. Must have STCW, ENG1, PDSD, and Powerboat Level 2; PWC licence is desirable but not essential.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Deckhand / Carpenter to join a 74m charter motor yacht.

• Deckhand / Carpenter Position
• 74m private and charter motor yacht
• Start Date: 22nd September onwards
• The position will initially be based in the South of France for the winter yard period
• Followed by a busy Mediterranean charter / private season in 2027.
• Valid STCW and ENG1, PDSD, Powerboat Level 2.
• PWC Licence desirable, but not essential.
• Carpenter / deck maintenance skills.
• Previous charter yacht experience and confident tender driver.
• Must be able to hit the ground running.
• Helideck / Heli Ops assistance experience is a significant advantage.
• Schengen visa (if required) and confirmation of remaining Schengen days.

• Contract: Permanent
• Experience: Minimum 1 season
• Salary: TBC
