Alan's Corporate team is hiring a new Enablement builder to streamline regulated development (legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security) and to integrate it with how we build product. You will turn manual, expert-heavy processes into automated, scalable tooling, enabling faster delivery across France, Spain, Belgium, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Turn manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code/low-code and AI tools.
• Familiar with regulated domains such as legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance or security.
• Fluency in French and English (professional level).

Responsabilités

• Scale regulated work by building a clear routing layer and recurring-work automation.
• Redesign and automate end-to-end processes for faster, largely self-running operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and design compliant, fast solutions that don’t trade compliance for speed.
• Define measurable goals and demonstrate impact for Corporate and Allaners.
