Job summary

Pennylane is seeking a Conversion Manager in Paris on a hybrid basis or fully remote anywhere in France. You will own conversion across the Financial Services and Monetization scope, shaping website pages, paid landing pages, product journeys, and experiments.

You will lead CRO initiatives, run an ongoing A/B testing program, analyze data, and collaborate with Growth Engineers, Data, Design, and Product to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CRO, Conversion, Website Product Management, Growth, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, digital products, or another data-driven environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with analytics and CRO tools, such as Amplitude and Contentsquare.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the conversion strategy for key journeys (pro accounts, pricing, demo-booking, self-sign-up).
• Build and run a continuous A/B testing program from ideation to ship-or-kill decisions.
• Identify conversion friction from analytics and behavioral insights; develop hypotheses.
• Own the conversion roadmap and coordinate with Growth Engineers, Data, Design, and others.
• Own measurement: instrumentation, dashboards, and reporting to stakeholders.
