Pennylane SAS is seeking a Product Manager focused on monetisation to drive growth for SMEs and accounting firms across Europe. You will own the monetisation funnel, upgrade surfaces, and experiment-led initiatives with a metrics-driven mindset.

Work closely with PMs, engineers, and designers to ship monetisation features, measure impact, and shape the roadmap. This role offers remote-friendly options across Europe and strong employee equity benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Proven monetisation or growth experience in SaaS or freemium models.
• Strong user research and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to define OKRs and drive roadmap.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (PMs, eng, design).

• Shape shared upgrade surfaces and paywall guidelines.
• Lead experiment-led monetisation with clear metrics and stop criteria.
