Disneyland Paris is seeking a Commis Chef for our Parks, Hotels, and Disney Village restaurants on a permanent or fixed-term 35-hour contract. You will prepare a wide range of recipes, apply HACCP standards, and keep the kitchen clean while collaborating with a diverse team.

The role requires a CAP diploma or 3 months plated-service experience, basic culinary technique knowledge, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hold a culinary CAP diploma or have 3+ months plating-service experience in a high-volume setting.
• Commitment to HACCP rules and food safety standards.
• Strong teamwork in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to and prepare the full range of recipes in table-service and buffet restaurants, following standards.
• Apply HACCP rules and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and support kitchen operations.
