The Walt Disney Company in Paris is seeking a Demi-Chef de Partie to join our Parks, Hotels and Disney Village teams on a permanent or fixed-term 35-hour contract. You will prepare daily dishes to Disney standards and work across cold, hot, sides and desserts, adapting to guest requests and dietary needs.

You will also help onboard new staff, share your culinary knowledge with apprentices, and uphold HACCP and food hygiene throughout all services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service environment required.
• Proven ability to prepare dishes across kitchen stations.
• Ability to adapt to allergies and dietary requirements.

Responsabilités

• Prepare daily dishes in line with technical sheets and standards.
• Work across cold, hot, sides, desserts and other stations.
• Support onboarding of new staff and share expertise with apprentices.
• Ensure HACCP and food hygiene compliance at all times.
