ixolabs.ai is seeking a procurement expert to develop purchasing cases, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate terms. The role involves reviewing RFPs, quotations, and bid matrices, and explaining the commercial and operational rationale behind defensible procurement decisions.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in public-sector or corporate purchasing, with strong English technical writing and knowledge of procurement rules.

Professional background

The preferred procurement profile has at least four years in public-sector or corporate purchasing, with direct supplier assessment, bid comparison and negotiation responsibility. Bring category depth in IT, industrial goods or professional services and the ability to normalize inconsistent vendor submissions into a defensible comparison. Strong English technical writing, knowledge of procurement rules and disciplined supplier-evaluation methods are important. Previous scenario or benchmark development is useful.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
