This is remote, paid IXO expert work. The rate is $105/hr USD, and the rate will be agreed before starting. Location eligibility includes the United States; ensure confidentiality of materials and outputs.

Qualifications

• Admitted US lawyer with 3+ post-JD years litigating commercial agreements.
• Experience drafting motions, discovery and pleadings for breach, interpretation, performance or damages.
• Strong legal English is important.

Responsabilités

• Produce successive litigation drafts for commercial-contract disputes using public or synthetic facts.
• Respond to opposing positions and develop motions and discovery materials.
