YO IT Consulting is seeking a Contract Specialist for remote engagement. You will draft, review, and annotate commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease, IP licensing, and marketing contracts, ensuring they reflect current legal standards and practical business use.

You will communicate clearly, work autonomously, and submit well-structured documents that can contribute to AI training datasets, while collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements including MSAs, lease, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clarity in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and autonomous delivery.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance with laws and best practices.

Scope Of Work

• Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types:
• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Lease Agreements
• Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
• Marketing Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.
