ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Site Budget and Contract Specialist in Paris to manage site contracts from review to execution and close-out. You will work with Clinical Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure timely processing, regulatory compliance and transparent tracking to support study milestones.

The role emphasizes proactive risk mitigation, data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient contract execution and budget management within a global FSP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical study coordination or trial management.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements and GCP.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely processing of site payments.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from review through execution and close-out.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements and contract commitments.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; maintain contract documentation and status.
• Provide timely status reports to study teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance and Management to support timelines and milestones.
