Job summary

Fundcraft seeks a Client Success Manager in Paris to build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring clients fully utilise the platform to achieve their goals. You will onboard new clients, guide migrations, run platform training, and coordinate with Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Compliance, and other teams to deliver timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success or account management.
• Background in financial services or fund administration is a plus.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and automated client communication strategies in collaboration with Product Development, focusing on high-impact areas.
• Oversee the Client Mailbox’s adherence to response timelines; address escalated issues and communicate resolutions to clients.
• Define and standardise processes for scheduling and conducting client meetings, aligning with client success goals.
• Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks and client communication workflows with Product Development for advanced solutions.
• Review Client Success Senior Associate updates, analyze risks, and propose strategic adjustments to meet objectives.
• Identify gaps in data structures, propose improvements, and coordinate with departments to ensure alignment.
• Lead discussions with Product Development based on client feedback to drive enhancements.
