Back Market is seeking an experienced logistics and partnerships professional to own and optimize a global carrier network, manage performance and negotiate rates across multiple partners. The role focuses on improving delivery promises and customer experience while driving cross-functional projects in a hybrid Paris/Bordeaux environment.

• 5–7 years of experience in Logistics and/or partnership management and/or customer service.
• Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of data and analytics skills.
• Interest in evolving at Back Market under an individual/expert contributor role.
• Based in Paris or Bordeaux, France.
• Ability to work hybrid with 3 days per week at the office mandatory.
• Authorization to work in the relevant country.

Responsabilités

• Drive carrier performance and lead annual commercial negotiations.
• Oversee service quality, delivery incident resolution and logistics fraud prevention.
• Develop strategic carrier partnerships supporting outbound and return shipping services.
• Negotiate rates and conditions and supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Deliver performance across 10M+ outbound and return parcels annually.
• Track KPIs and report short- and mid-term improvement plans.
• Identify long-term initiatives to improve delivery promises and on-time delivery rates.
• Lead projects involving new delivery modes and innovative return solutions.
• Add flexibility and customization to pre- and post-purchase customer experiences.
• Embed delivery capabilities into Back Market's ecosystem.
