Pelico, a Paris-based manufacturing orchestration company, seeks a senior Talent Leader to own the EMEA recruitment strategy and build scalable processes for engineering, data and product roles. You will partner with People leadership to forecast hiring needs, define great hiring standards, and shape the employer brand across markets.

You will recruit daily, develop AI-powered sourcing, mentor recruiters, and scale the TA function using Ashby ATS.
