Omnea is seeking a high-impact leader to partner with the CEO on commercial and executional initiatives. You will own special projects end-to-end, from acquisitions and fundraises to new teams and GTM motions, driving speed and impact.

As a builder who thrives in ambiguity, you’ll shape strategic decisions, run critical hiring, and coordinate across Sales, Product, and Marketing to unlock revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of product, GTM, and business building.

Qualifications

• You’ll be the CEO’s commercial and executional partner across projects and initiatives.
• Experience spanning BizOps, BD/revenue, or GM-style leadership is preferred.
• Ability to turn strategy into action in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver CEO-level special projects end-to-end, from scope to finish.
• Drive partnerships and strategic GTM bets across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Lead executive and critical hiring, mapping the market and running tight processes.
