Jobtailor in Paris seeks an experienced strategist to run strategic projects with the CEO, framing problems, driving analysis, aligning leaders, and pushing to execution across M&A, market expansion, monetization, and organization.

You'll explore new ventures, build business cases, assemble founding teams, and bring v1 to market while managing routines, OKRs, and board prep; lead a team of internal consultants and represent the CEO in cross-functional settings.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (Engagement Manager / Project Leader level at MBB), or M&A/PE, and operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company (BizOps, strategy, GM, or founder).
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects at C-level with measurable business impact.
• Entrepreneurial: has built something from scratch (venture, business line, market launch).
• Strong analytical and financial fluency — comfortable with a P&L, unit economics, and data.
• Exceptional communication: crisp, top-down, comfortable challenging senior leaders.
• Low ego, absolute discretion, and stamina for a fast pace; obsessive about follow-through.
• Top-tier academic background
• Fluent English (French is a plus); Gaming/consumer-app affinity a plus.
