Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in strategic operations within technical sales or professional services, strong ambiguity management, and a track record of KPI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic operations or related roles.
• Experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or professional services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop operational go-to-market frameworks for the Solutions team.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and revenue operations to align capabilities with customer needs.
• Create scalable processes and KPIs to improve delivery efficiency across pre- and post-sales motions.
• Prepare executive-level materials highlighting delivery successes and dependencies.
• Tackling friction points in delivery and driving adoption of new methodologies.
