Bioptimus is seeking an ambitious Administrative Business Partner to act as an operational engine for leadership and workplace experience in Paris. You will manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel, and drive cross-functional follow-through with a high level of initiative.

Reporting to the COO, you will own admin workstreams across HR, legal, and ops, and lead onboarding and office logistics to keep the business moving swiftly in a fast-growing biotech AI environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in executive support, startup operations, office management, or high-growth tech environments.
• Proven tech fluency: comfortable navigating Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and modern AI/productivity tools.
• Native French and professional English (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Executive calendar, priority, and travel coordination for COO/CEO.
• Triage incoming requests to keep leadership focused on strategic priorities.
• Plan and execute internal events, rituals, and culture logistics.
• Oversee onboarding and workplace experience initiatives.
• Own admin workstreams across HR, legal, and operations.
• Maintain Notion tracking systems and cross-functional workflows.
• Assist with IT/ops processes and daily office needs.
