Opella is seeking a Strategy Lead to shape the company’s global direction and drive ambitious growth. You will work directly with the CEO and Executive Committee to craft long-term plans and to execute key strategic initiatives across regions and brands.

You bring 5–10 years in consumer goods strategy or top-tier consulting, strong financial modeling skills, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in consumer goods brand strategies and/or corporate strategy (FMCG).
• Strong analytical skills to decipher market data and support data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead Opella Global Strategy: define Ambition, Where to Play and How to Win with Finance and other functions.
• Drive strategic projects with Region Presidents and Brand General Managers to deliver growth.
• Identify Whitespaces and growth opportunities, build business cases and implementation plans.
