Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Chef de rang to join the room service team. You will ensure high-quality, personalized in-room dining and work under IRD managers to deliver orders promptly with impeccable presentation.

Qualifications

• Must have rigor, discretion and organizational skills.

• Experience in a similar luxury/hotel role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth in-room dining service with Room Service Supervisor.
• Take and process guest orders with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure proper presentation and setup of trays, trolleys, and equipment.
• Maintain courteous, discreet guest relations and anticipate needs.
• Handle special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep room service area clean and organized.
