Veesion, a fast-growing AI-powered retail security scale-up, is expanding its indirect channel across EMEA with a focus on Germany, the UK and the Nordics. You will recruit and enable channel partners, manage end-to-end partner relationships, and drive partner-sourced revenue while collaborating with the direct sales team.

You will operate across multiple markets, requiring fluency in German and strong English, with Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Established network in security, IT and retail sectors (resellers, integrators, distributors).
• Track record in channel/partner sales with recruited partners and revenue growth.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and able to define a patch of business independently.

Responsabilités

• Recruit new partners in your territory (security, IT, retail) and grow the partner portfolio.
• Own partner relationships end-to-end: cadence, pipeline reviews, deal support, rollout coordination.
• Hit partner-sourced and partner-influenced targets and co-sell with direct team on shared accounts.
• Ensure activation and onboarding are done correctly by partners and coach them on qualifying and closing.
