Algolia, a leader in AI-powered search, seeks a Partner Manager for DACH to drive regional partner strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will recruit, enable and collaborate with consulting partners, system integrators, technology and cloud partners to embed Algolia into joint solutions and grow pipeline and revenue in the region.

Reporting to the Head of Global Partnerships, you will design partner motions, co-sell programs, and technical enablement content, while ensuring value

Qualifications

• Experience managing partner ecosystems.
• Ability to engage consulting, SI and cloud partners.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the regional partner strategy across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Recruit, onboard and enable consulting partners, SI firms, technology and cloud partners.
• Shape joint value propositions with partners and drive pipeline and revenue.
• Coordinate go-to-market programs, co-selling and technical enablement.
• Maintain deal registration, account mapping and partner lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product and marketing to align partner plans with business goals.
